FAQ

    • When you choose the option "I'll Wait", this means you are willing to wait the 2-3 week delivery wait time in exchange for buying the product at a discounted price. When an item has an option for immediate shipping, the drop down option tab will display ""Ship Today", which means if the order is placed before 5pm on a weekday, then the item ships the same day and delivers in 3-4 business days.

    • Orders placed for MOST items, Monday-Friday before 5PM EST, will process and ship the SAME-DAY. Orders received after 5PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship the NEXT business day; pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 3:30PM EST will begin processing and ship on the following Monday pending availability and credit verification. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is currently on BACK-ORDER or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

    • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.

    • Most orders are via USPS First Class mail. Orders exceeding $100 will ship USPS Priority Mail. We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. Once orders are packed and shipped, First Class packages typically take 2-8 business days to arrive. Priority Mail packages typically take 3-5 days to arrive. International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive.

    • To cancel an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Cancellation' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Cancellation (#1234)'). To edit an order you placed, please contact us through our contact form with the subject 'Order Edit' followed by your order number (ex. 'Order Edit (#1234)').

      EXCHANGES: We currently offer exchanges FOR ACCESSORIES only if the product is received damaged. For CLOTHING exchanges, buyer is responsible for shipping costs/change fee, which is quoted via email. Upon receipt of the Change Fee and the merchandise being exchanged from the buyer, your order will re-ship. Tracking for the re-shipments will be provided via email.

      We will refund any item(s) upon request, provided that the item(s) has been oversold and is currently out of stock for more than 48hrs after payment.

    • All payments accepted on the site are processed by Stripe, and as such, your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

    • All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have, we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible that your order is currently on back-order for future shipment (paid postage at no cost to you).

    • When you are ready to check out with your cart: 1. Click on the shopping cart symbol in the top right corner of the screen 2.Click 'Checkout' 3. After entering your 'Contact Information', scroll to the bottom of the page. 4. You will see your order 'Summary' and a box to place your discount code. 5. Press the (+) to apply the code.
